Competition commences 24/8/2010. Entries close 8.30am WST on 8/9/2010. Winners will be drawn and notified within 10 days of the competition closing. Total price pool is valued at $489. One entry per person per day. Competition is open to Australian residents only. Only entries with a valid email address are eligible to win. Winners will be notified via email. Should Betts not receive a response from the winner Betts may contact the winners via phone. Betts will not share or sell your personal information with any third party but will publish the winner's names and state on the website at www.betts.com.au. If we don't hear back from the winners within 30 days of notifying them of their win, the prize is forfeit and a new winner will be selected. The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. Chance plays no part in determining any winner. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Prizes are subject to availability, not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prizes will be sent to the winner's nominated address as stated in their original entry. Betts Kids and their associated agencies, and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit.
