HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
|1. COMPLETE RETURN FORM||Fill in the Return Form on the back of the Delivery Docket that came with your order and include it in the return parcel or shoe box. The Return form must be filled out to be eligible for an exchange or refund.|
|2. PACK YOUR SHOES||Bag or box your items in their original packaging in a shipping bag.|
|3. CREATE POSTAGE LABEL||Click here to create your Return Label.
|4. POST YOUR PARCEL||With the Returns Label attached, drop the parcel at your nearest post office.|
|5. PARCEL TRACKING NUMBER||Make a note of your Parcel Tracking Number. You will be able to track your Return parcel online with this number.|
Please note that shipping via Australia Post can take up to 10 business days to be returned to us.
NEW ZEALANDFor returns from New Zealand, orders will need to be sent back to the Betts Head Office in Perth, Western Australia. Contact us here for more information.

Returns are free using our Free Returns System.
WHAT ARE MY RETURN OPTIONS?
You may return an item for:
a) A refund back to your original payment method (online only)
b) An exchange (depending on stock availability) in-store or online
IN-STORE EXCHANGESYou can choose to exchange your shoes at any one of our stores (excluding Brand Direct stores).
To receive an exchange in-store you will need:
1. The Delivery Docket that came with your order.
2. The Order Confirmation email, sent at the time of purchase. Simply print this out or show it on your mobile device.
Please note that if you cannot find anything suitable in-store, we are happy to issue you with a credit note (valid for 12 months).
We cannot process refunds in-store for online purchases.
ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
Betts Online offers free returns for 14 days.
We have 3 rules of returns, item(s) must be returned:
1. Within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
2. Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached; and
3. In the original packaging which must be in the original condition.
Note: We do not offer exchanges on Shoe Care items, Jewellery or Accessories.
Refunds cannot be processed in-store for online purchases. If you are returning an item to a physical store, you will have the option of an exchange or credit note of value equivalent to the purchase price.
