HOW TO MEASURE THE PERFECT FIT
Make sure you are standing, wearing a similar pair of socks or stockings to those you will wear with your new shoes. Using a measuring tape, measure the length from your heel to your largest toe. Simply convert your centimetre measurement to your shoe size using the guides below.
Measurements are taken on a size 6 and are approximate.
WHAT IF THE SHOE DOESN'T FIT?
The Betts team does its best to provide an accurate shoe size guide. In the event a shoe you ordered doesn’t fit, don’t stress! We offer returns and exchanges on all online purchases. Head to our Returns page to find out more.
HALF SIZES
Unfortunately not all shoes are made in half sizes. If you're unsure, we suggest purchasing two different sizes, then sending back the ones that don't fit. Really easy, and you won't have to wait for a second pair!

I love these shoes. I have worn them to the ground. I have worn them almost everyday to work for almost 2 years (They are great quality because I used to walk to work for almost 1 year). I bought them almost 2 years ago at a shopping center in Darwin, I now live in Cairns. I have been looking for a similar shoe because I could not remember the name of the shoe anymore. Today I spent the morning scrolling through pictures of every single shoe shop on Casaurina shopping centre so I can find the shop and i finally got the name BETTS and now I am here to buy my second pair.

Love the comfort of these shoes and recommended them time and again at first...
But after a few weeks of wear the leather doesn't look so great...a light brush against any hard surface and the finish is lost. Now I have a pair of very comfy shoes to wear around the house when no one else sees! It would be good if the outer layer could be made from something more durable so the price and comfort of the shoes is justified.
Also, half sizes would be awesome.

These shoes are so chic. They go with everything. They’re the absolute best especially for corporate girlies. They do slide at the back when you walk but they’re just a really great looking shoe. I’m a size 9 to 9.5. I got the size 9 and it was a little bit snug but now that I’ve worn them quite a bit, and they’re leather, they have expanded a little and are now a perfect fit.

These shoes are so so cute and comfortable! I'm usually a size 8.5 but I ordered 9 and fill up the space with thick/double socks for more cushion and to prevent my heels slipping out of the shoe. I've seen other reviews asking to stock half sizes too so pleaseeeee!
