HOW TO MEASURE THE PERFECT FIT
Make sure you are standing, wearing a similar pair of socks or stockings to those you will wear with your new shoes. Using a measuring tape, measure the length from your heel to your largest toe. Simply convert your centimetre measurement to your shoe size using the guides below.
WHAT IF THE SHOE DOESN'T FIT?
The Betts team does its best to provide an accurate shoe size guide. In the event a shoe you ordered doesn’t fit, don’t stress! We offer returns and exchanges on all online purchases. Head to our Returns page to find out more.
HALF SIZES
Unfortunately not all shoes are made in half sizes. If you're unsure, we suggest purchasing two different sizes, then sending back the ones that don't fit. Really easy, and you won't have to wait for a second pair!

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Betts. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

For our kids shoe sizes we have provided the full length of the outsole, ideally for children's shoes you want a 10mm gap between the end of their big toe and the end of the shoe.

ive worn these shoes so many times and they are super comfy. they are good for wider feet and its very hard not to trip because of the platform and block heel. i can have them on for hourssss on end. the only thing is that the leather will have white scratch marks if you scratch them but thats with every leather shoe so doesnt bother me much. its best if you keep your toe nails short tho.
So comfy and true to size
Just WOW! These boots are incredible, and very sexy too. I sized up as I always do with boots and they hug my feet absolutely perfectly, which combined with the platform makes them insanely comfortable, not just by 'heels' standards, but by shoes in general. They are genuinely THAT COMFY!
You wouldn't think these boots were that comfy based on the height, but oh my!!! These are honestly some of the most comfortable platform boots I've ever worn. LOVE THEM!!!
