Make sure you are standing, wearing a similar pair of socks or stockings to those you will wear with your new shoes. Using a measuring tape, measure the length from your heel to your largest toe. Simply convert your centimetre measurement to your shoe size using the guides below.
WHAT IF THE SHOE DOESN'T FIT?
The Betts team does its best to provide an accurate shoe size guide. In the event a shoe you ordered doesn’t fit, don’t stress! We offer returns and exchanges on all online purchases. Head to our Returns page to find out more.
HALF SIZES
Unfortunately not all shoes are made in half sizes. If you're unsure, we suggest purchasing two different sizes, then sending back the ones that don't fit. Really easy, and you won't have to wait for a second pair!
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Betts. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

For our kids shoe sizes we have provided the full length of the outsole, ideally for children's shoes you want a 10mm gap between the end of their big toe and the end of the shoe.

Really comfortable shoes

This is my second pair of suede loafers. Extremely comfortable to wear. The sole is slippery so I put non slip soles on the shoes and scotch guarded the suede upper. Look amazing and very happy with the product.
These suede leather loafers are so comfortable and look great. I have the chocolate brown and it is a lovely rich brown. I wear size 8 normally and these are true to size.
Just what I was looking for. A pair of light comfortable loafers without a chunky heel. Stylish with jeans , skirt or dress. Friends have even commented on them. Love the khaki!
My loafers are very comfy and as described like slippers! They are on the small size and went a half size up but should have gone a full size. Still very comfortable.
