Make sure you are standing, wearing a similar pair of socks or stockings to those you will wear with your new shoes. Using a measuring tape, measure the length from your heel to your largest toe. Simply convert your centimetre measurement to your shoe size using the guides below.
WHAT IF THE SHOE DOESN'T FIT?
The Betts team does its best to provide an accurate shoe size guide. In the event a shoe you ordered doesn’t fit, don’t stress! We offer returns and exchanges on all online purchases. Head to our Returns page to find out more.
HALF SIZES
Unfortunately not all shoes are made in half sizes. If you're unsure, we suggest purchasing two different sizes, then sending back the ones that don't fit. Really easy, and you won't have to wait for a second pair!
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Betts. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

For our kids shoe sizes we have provided the full length of the outsole, ideally for children's shoes you want a 10mm gap between the end of their big toe and the end of the shoe.

Omg size 13!!!! What!! Was hesitant to buy these shoes as I have had bad experience with shops (not here) saying they sell bigger sizes but they just never are. But WOW Betts have definitely delivered. This size is perfect. Im very happy. Please make more styles that are wider fit and size 13.
Only down side, im unsure why the back strap isn't adjustable as the strap is to small for this size. The way the strap is designed it pushes your foot about 1-2cm forward away from the back of the shoe, then you have a large gap there. Would definitely love to see that the back strap could be adjustable to help with this situation or maybe a elastic piece added to allow for more room.
Comfortable great looking shoes
I like the shoe well made but i dislike the fact you have to undo the shoe every time you take it of if the back strap was undoable it would been much better design.
