HOW TO MEASURE THE PERFECT FIT
Make sure you are standing, wearing a similar pair of socks or stockings to those you will wear with your new shoes. Using a measuring tape, measure the length from your heel to your largest toe. Simply convert your centimetre measurement to your shoe size using the guides below.
WHAT IF THE SHOE DOESN'T FIT?
The Betts team does its best to provide an accurate shoe size guide. In the event a shoe you ordered doesn’t fit, don’t stress! We offer returns and exchanges on all online purchases. Head to our Returns page to find out more.
HALF SIZES
Unfortunately not all shoes are made in half sizes. If you're unsure, we suggest purchasing two different sizes, then sending back the ones that don't fit. Really easy, and you won't have to wait for a second pair!
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Betts. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

For our kids shoe sizes we have provided the full length of the outsole, ideally for children's shoes you want a 10mm gap between the end of their big toe and the end of the shoe.

These shoes are so so cute and comfortable! I'm usually a size 8.5 but I ordered 9 and fill up the space with thick/double socks for more cushion and to prevent my heels slipping out of the shoe. I've seen other reviews asking to stock half sizes too so pleaseeeee!

Sooo nice!!! I was worried because other reviews were saying they run small but I bought my usual size and they are perfect. Remember they are leather so they stretch. Very comfy very nice quality
I bought these shoes for work and I couldn't be more pleased. They're super comfy, no need to break them in at all (no blisters or anything), they feel really supportive and structured, and look really classy and stylish without being over the top. When I first put them on, I thought they were maybe just a pinch too small but after wearing them for a few hours, the leather seemed to warm/soften up and the fit felt perfect, so I think they were just a little stiff when brand new out of the box.
