HOW TO MEASURE THE PERFECT FIT

Make sure you are standing, wearing a similar pair of socks or stockings to those you will wear with your new shoes. Using a measuring tape, measure the length from your heel to your largest toe. Simply convert your centimetre measurement to your shoe size using the guides below.

Measurements are taken on a size 6 and are approximate.

WHAT IF THE SHOE DOESN'T FIT?

The Betts team does its best to provide an accurate shoe size guide. In the event a shoe you ordered doesn’t fit, don’t stress! We offer returns and exchanges on all online purchases. Head to our Returns page to find out more.

HALF SIZES

Unfortunately not all shoes are made in half sizes. If you're unsure, we suggest purchasing two different sizes, then sending back the ones that don't fit. Really easy, and you won't have to wait for a second pair!

To care for suede or nubuck leather we recommend using WATER AND STAIN PROTECTOR. This will assist in protecting against moisture and repelling dirt, grease and grime. This can be used on footwear, handbags and jackets.
