HOW TO MEASURE THE PERFECT FIT
Make sure you are standing, wearing a similar pair of socks or stockings to those you will wear with your new shoes. Using a measuring tape, measure the length from your heel to your largest toe. Simply convert your centimetre measurement to your shoe size using the guides below.
Measurements are taken on a size 6 and are approximate.
WHAT IF THE SHOE DOESN'T FIT?
The Betts team does its best to provide an accurate shoe size guide. In the event a shoe you ordered doesn’t fit, don’t stress! We offer returns and exchanges on all online purchases. Head to our Returns page to find out more.
HALF SIZES
Unfortunately not all shoes are made in half sizes. If you're unsure, we suggest purchasing two different sizes, then sending back the ones that don't fit. Really easy, and you won't have to wait for a second pair!

These wider fit shoes are perfect. The fit is comfortable with extra cushioning in the shoe, the colour is spot on for my skin tone & this sling back style never goes out of style. The elastic insert in the strap makes these shoes even better. The pointed toe elongates the legs, with a kitten heel that’s not to high either.
