HOW TO MEASURE THE PERFECT FIT
Make sure you are standing, wearing a similar pair of socks or stockings to those you will wear with your new shoes. Using a measuring tape, measure the length from your heel to your largest toe. Simply convert your centimetre measurement to your shoe size using the guides below.
WHAT IF THE SHOE DOESN'T FIT?
The Betts team does its best to provide an accurate shoe size guide. In the event a shoe you ordered doesn’t fit, don’t stress! We offer returns and exchanges on all online purchases. Head to our Returns page to find out more.
HALF SIZES
Unfortunately not all shoes are made in half sizes. If you're unsure, we suggest purchasing two different sizes, then sending back the ones that don't fit. Really easy, and you won't have to wait for a second pair!
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Betts. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

For our kids shoe sizes we have provided the full length of the outsole, ideally for children's shoes you want a 10mm gap between the end of their big toe and the end of the shoe.

Amazing! The size is perfect
I have issues with my toes and have never worn pointed shoes, I decided to give these a go being a wider fit and hope for the best. And they are fab! Super comfy, don't squish my dodgy toes, heel height is just right. Perfect for pleasure and business outings, will be getting more colours for sure!
10/10 shoes for every occasion. Able to run around after the kids in these all day.
My newest favorite pair of heels! Super comfortable. I can walk up to 12 hours in these heels!
I really like these shoes, the footpad is very comfy and they are nice and wide for my foot. the only issue I had is that the elastic side is too long so they slip off at the back. I will take them to a shoe repairer and see if they can shorten it, but otherwise very happy.
