HOW TO MEASURE THE PERFECT FIT
Make sure you are standing, wearing a similar pair of socks or stockings to those you will wear with your new shoes. Using a measuring tape, measure the length from your heel to your largest toe. Simply convert your centimetre measurement to your shoe size using the guides below.
WHAT IF THE SHOE DOESN'T FIT?
The Betts team does its best to provide an accurate shoe size guide. In the event a shoe you ordered doesn’t fit, don’t stress! We offer returns and exchanges on all online purchases. Head to our Returns page to find out more.
HALF SIZES
Unfortunately not all shoes are made in half sizes. If you're unsure, we suggest purchasing two different sizes, then sending back the ones that don't fit. Really easy, and you won't have to wait for a second pair!
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Betts. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

I’ve been shopping at Betts ever since I was a kid and have been living in Airflex boots for work for the past few years. I went into store to purchase my usual staple but saw this boot on display and thought I’d give it a try….suffice to say I have not taken it off! While they are a bit heavier on my feet than my usual Airflex style I can feel the strength and durability of the sole. The leather is so soft and feels so comfortable on my foot. Would absolutely recommend!

Most comfortable boot I have ever worn. The fit was perfect from day 1 and the quality is evident leading me to believe this will be the only boot I will need, either for dress or casual.
