HOW TO MEASURE THE PERFECT FIT
Make sure you are standing, wearing a similar pair of socks or stockings to those you will wear with your new shoes. Using a measuring tape, measure the length from your heel to your largest toe. Simply convert your centimetre measurement to your shoe size using the guides below.
WHAT IF THE SHOE DOESN'T FIT?
The Betts team does its best to provide an accurate shoe size guide. In the event a shoe you ordered doesn’t fit, don’t stress! We offer returns and exchanges on all online purchases. Head to our Returns page to find out more.
HALF SIZES
Unfortunately not all shoes are made in half sizes. If you're unsure, we suggest purchasing two different sizes, then sending back the ones that don't fit. Really easy, and you won't have to wait for a second pair!
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Betts. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

These boots are so cute! Finding boots as a small feet but wide calf victim is so difficult, I am a size 6 but the calf circumference of boots are always so small.. I can never zip past my ankle. I am also 155cm and these sit at the perfect height below my knees. I ordered these from the ICONIC during a sale but size 5 and 7 were only available so I purchased the 7 and it surprisingly fit like a normal size 6. My calf circumference is ~38cm and it was easy to zip up and it hugged my calf comfortably. One small con I would say is the ankle part of the boot can look slightlyyy bulky but it doesn't bother me too much as I understand these are for wide feet. The level of comfort is just right for a night out or standing festivals/concert but wouldn't say I am walking on clouds. Compared to my Billini curve range boots, I definitely vibe with these Betts ones more.

Not quite fit tried to ring left a message and emails no response the exchange form on website you cant fill in properly didnt send a paper copy with the boots and only give you 14 days to exchange or refund wont be buying from them again stuck with boots l cabt wear and waisted money on these boots .not happy customer.
The Hudson boots with the wider fit were comfortable and easy to put on. Unfortunately I have plus size calves and couldn’t do up the zip. It’s a shame because they are really cute boots!
