HOW TO MEASURE THE PERFECT FIT

Make sure you are standing, wearing a similar pair of socks or stockings to those you will wear with your new shoes. Using a measuring tape, measure the length from your heel to your largest toe. Simply convert your centimetre measurement to your shoe size using the guides below.

WHAT IF THE SHOE DOESN'T FIT?

The Betts team does its best to provide an accurate shoe size guide. In the event a shoe you ordered doesn’t fit, don’t stress! We offer returns and exchanges on all online purchases. Head to our Returns page to find out more.

HALF SIZES

Unfortunately not all shoes are made in half sizes. If you're unsure, we suggest purchasing two different sizes, then sending back the ones that don't fit. Really easy, and you won't have to wait for a second pair!

Using the thicker of the two footbeds (Marked D) in the shoe (marked D/E) will give a “D” fitting = NARROW width fit
Using the thinner of the two footbeds (Marked E) in the shoe (marked D/E) will give a “E” fitting = AVERAGE width fit
Using the thicker of the two footbeds (Marked E) in the shoe (marked E/F) will give a “E” fitting = AVERAGE width fit
Using the thinner of the two footbeds (Marked F) in the shoe (marked E/F) will give a “F” fitting = BROAD width fit
Using the thicker of the two footbeds (Marked F) in the shoe (marked F/G) will give a “F” fitting = BROAD width fit
Using the thinner of the two footbeds (Marked G) in the shoe (marked F/G) will give a “G” fitting = EXTRA BROAD width fit

The insole/footbed can be completely removed to accommodate an orthotic device

Description

GHOST is a thoughtfully designed ankle boot. The low-cut profile and round toe lends it a dainty quality, while the piping detail and stitch enhance the shape of the upper to make it appear sleek. A side zip and pull tab make slipping this on and off no-hassle, and the Airfoam insole makes it supremely comfortable.

To care for leather we recommend using WATER REPELLANT CREAM. This will assist in cleaning and conditioning the leather.
