HOW TO MEASURE THE PERFECT FIT
Make sure you are standing, wearing a similar pair of socks or stockings to those you will wear with your new shoes. Using a measuring tape, measure the length from your heel to your largest toe. Simply convert your centimetre measurement to your shoe size using the guides below.
WHAT IF THE SHOE DOESN'T FIT?
The Betts team does its best to provide an accurate shoe size guide. In the event a shoe you ordered doesn’t fit, don’t stress! We offer returns and exchanges on all online purchases. Head to our Returns page to find out more.
HALF SIZES
Unfortunately not all shoes are made in half sizes. If you're unsure, we suggest purchasing two different sizes, then sending back the ones that don't fit. Really easy, and you won't have to wait for a second pair!
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Betts. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

To care for non-leather we recommend using WATER AND STAIN PROTECTOR. This will assist in protecting against moisture and repelling dirt, grease and grime. This can be used on footwear, handbags and jackets.

Our shoe boxes are made from recycled materials and come with a carry handle made out of recycled water bottles.

The materials used in our Zeroe styles are water-based, meaning they completely avoid using harmful solvents and other nasties usually found in oil-based synthetics.
The entire Zeroe collection is Vegan Australia Certified! This means our products and manufacturing process meet Vegan Australia standards.
They are very comfortable and stylish, but was not happy when I noticed that they have split in the corner near the stitching right side of Right sneaker near where the laces begin. I thought they would last longer considering I bought them in December. Did not return as I had miss placed the invoice. Bought them online.
Shame as I do wear them quite a bit as I have arthritis in my right foot and this style it good for my feet.
