PROMOTIONS

Sitewide promotions that are applied in the cart apply a % discount on your total purchase. This includes Pre-Order styles as well as a further % discount off any sale items. Prices will be automatically adjusted in the cart. Sitewide promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other percentage based promotion.

50% Off Second Pair Terms and Conditions: Full price styles only, unless clearly specified that sale items are included. Price adjusted at checkout. The pair of equal or lower value will receive the 50% discount. Pre-Order styles are included in this promotion, however only if you purchase 2 x Pre-Order styles together. Cannot be used to purchase one pre-order style and one non Pre-Order style. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

AMENDMENTS TO PROMOTIONS

Betts reserves the right to amend or stop a promotion at any given time and without prior notice at its absolute discretion.

PRE-ORDER

Pre-Order purchases enable you to secure yourself a pair of shoes in your size before the stock arrives in our distribution centre. Pre-Order purchases are excluded from all discounts and promotions unless otherwise specified. Pre-Order styles cannot be purchased in the same transaction as In-Stock styles so that the In-Stock styles can be delivered to you immediately. The “Expected Delivery Date” listed on the product is the date we expect you will receive your shoes. This date is set based on the best available information and is subject to change due to factors outside of our control. Pre-Order items cannot be purchased in the same order transaction as in-stock items, and must be purchased as an individual transaction.

PRIVACY

Betts takes the security of your personal information very seriously. Our privacy policy, which states how we will use your personal information, can be found on our Privacy page. By using our website, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as set out in our Privacy Statement and agree that all the data provided is correct.

We have taken every step to make sure that the information provided on this website is correct and accurate. The use of the Betts Online Store is at your own risk. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Betts, nor its affiliates, nor any of their officers, directors, or employees, agents, third-party content providers, merchants, sponsors, licensors , or the like, warrant that the Betts Online Store will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Betts Online Store, or as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information content, service, or merchandise provided.

This site is provided by Betts on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Betts makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site, the information, content, materials or products, included on this site. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Betts disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Betts will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, or from any products purchased from this site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

Betts reserves the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product.

ONLINE ACCOUNT

When you create an account on the Betts website, you must provide true and accurate account information. You must keep your user name and password confidential, as we are entitled to assume that the person using these login details is you.

Using another person’s details as your own is not accepted by Betts, and we reserve the right to close your account should you be using multiple proxy IPs in order to distribute our products in any way.

If you choose to place an order using a 'Guest' account, you will have the option to refund the shoes online or exchange them at one of our stores. Stores will not provide a refund unless the item is faulty. Purchasing as a 'Guest' voids the ability to exchange your order online. Additionally, you will not have the ability to track your order should you purchase as a 'Guest'.

Placing an order using an 'Online account' gives you the ability to exchange in-store or online, refund through our online return system only and track your order. Using an 'Online account' means that your shipping details are also saved for future use. Stores will not provide a refund unless the item is faulty.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Betts aims to provide accurate stock availability, however as our stock numbers vary, the availability is only valid at the time shown.

Betts has the right at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the products, services and any pages of its website.

TERMS OF SALE

By placing an online order with Betts for any of our products, you are offering to purchase the goods on and subject to our terms and conditions. Dispatch times may vary depending on availability of stock and guarantees or representations of delivery times are subject to delays results from postal services or force majeure which we are not responsible for. When placing an order, you acknowledge that all your details are true and accurate and that you are the authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place the order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost.

CANCELLATION

Betts may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you of this if it occurs and will return any payment you have made. We will refund the money received using the same method of payment used by you at the checkout to pay for the product. If you wish to cancel your order, please email our Customer Care team as soon as possible at customercare@betts.com.au. No cancellation fees will apply if this occurs before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, and instead the item must be returned using our online returns system in new condition in order for a full refund to be given. Note, stores do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty. 

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

All credit card information collected by Betts for the purpose of payment of orders purchased on our website will be stored securely. The credit card details will be masked on your account and will not be visible to any Betts Customer Service staff.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver your order to your requested place of delivery and within the timeframe indicated by us, however we cannot promise an exact date for your order delivery. We shall aim to let you know if there are any expected delays and we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, however we will not be held liable for any loss, damage, costs, liabilities, charges or expenses arising from late delivery.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You may exchange or return an item purchased online using our Online Returns System within 14 days of receiving the order. For all online purchases, the 14 day limit only applies to the days in which the shoes were in your possession, therefore eliminating any transit time. You are also able to exchange your purchase at one of our local stores. Please note, exchanges are not permitted on bags or accessories for change of mind. GIFT CARDS

Currently any gift cards purchased in our retail stores can only be redeemed in our retail stores. They cannot currently be redeemed on our website.

Vouchers and discounts cannot be applied for gift card purchases. Gift cards cannot be refunded, or exchanged for cash or vouchers. Gift cards will expire 3 years from the date of purchase and cannot be extended. Any balance remaining after the expiry date will be deducted to nil and forfeited. LOSS OF GOODS

Once the order has been received by Betts’s nominated delivery company, risk of loss of goods shall be passed on to you and Betts will not be liable for any loss, damage or liability from this point.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

We may offer promotional discounts codes which may apply to any or certain purchases made through the Betts website. Promotional codes are valid for a specific time period and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes, including automated discounts at the shopping cart. If you use a promotional code to purchase a product, in which you later exchange or return, and the price has returned to normal, you will only be refunded the amount that you paid. Any further conditions of using the promotional codes will be specified at the time.

’$10 off your first order’ sign up code: Your coupon code will be sent to you via a welcome email when you sign up to the Betts mailing list. Valid for a limited time from issue. Valid online and in store. Can be used only once per customer. Can be used in conjunction with some other promotional codes.

Cart abandonment code: Your unique coupon code will be sent to you via an email when you are signed up to the Betts mailing list. Valid for a limited time from issue. Valid online only. Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes.

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Betts shall not be liable to you for any breach, hindrance or delay in the performance of a contract attributable to any cause beyond our reasonable control.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Betts, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents and affiliates from any and all third party claims, liability, damage and/or costs (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from your use of this website or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

The Betts Group mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Betts Group PTY LTD (“Betts Group”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Betts Group’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Betts Group through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Betts Group. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Betts Group or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Betts Group mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Betts reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without informing you. All changes will be posted online and continued use of the site will be deemed acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

  • To enter the competition, you must visit the giveaway posts on Instagram
  • You must be following the @bettsshoes Instagram page
  • You must like the giveaway competition post
  • You must tag 3 friends in the giveaway competition post
  • You may tag more friends for bonus entries
  • Betts will choose a winner at the time announced on the competition post
  • The winners will be notified as a tag on our Instagram stories and contacted directly through Instagram messages
  • Prizes may be posted to the winner, or may require the winner to go into a Betts store, this will be discussed between Betts and the winner
  • If your prize is posted to you, and you have requested the incorrect size, you may go into a Betts store to exchange the size
  • Competition details may vary, and any additions Terms and Conditions will be included in the post itself
  • If prizes are not claimed by the deadline specified, then prizes will be forfeited
  • Prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded for monetary value
